Welcome! We are Kellie Davies and Savannah Knowlton, the co-owners of Welcome Home Care.
Kellie is a Registered Nurse, proud owner of two Adult Family Homes, and a devoted mother of three incredible children. Savannah is a graduate of Washington State University, has experience as a Resident Manager in an Adult Family Home, and is a proud mother of two beautiful girls.
Together, our education, hands-on experience, and passion for senior care allow us to provide compassionate, dependable support to families throughout North Central Washington. Our mission is to deliver personalized in-home care that helps individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence wherever they call home.
We are committed to expanding access to high-quality care across our communities while building meaningful relationships with the clients and families we serve.
Outside of work, we enjoy spending time with our families, staying active, and exploring the beautiful outdoors that make this region such a special place to live.

Nurse Delegation
Welcome Home Care is dedicated to partnering with contracted Registered Nurses to provide Nurse Delegation services that expand the level of support available to our clients. Through these partnerships, qualified caregivers can receive specialized training and delegation for approved tasks such as medication administration and certain non-sterile wound care services. By investing in caregiver education and ongoing training opportunities, we are able to better support the evolving needs of the individuals and families we serve.
24/7 Support
At our company, we understand that your needs don't always fit into a 9-5 schedule. That's why we offer 24/7 care support to our clients to ensure that you always have access to the help you need, when you need it. Our team of dedicated professionals are always available to answer your questions and provide the support you need to enhance your aging experience.
Expanded Services
Our agency acknowledges the advantages of aging in place and the difficulties that accompany it, particularly in rural areas. We offer a range of services, including transportation, personal care, housekeeping, seasonal lawn care and snow removal. Our services are available 24/7, including, nights, holidays, and weekends.
