Welcome! We are Kellie Davies and Savannah Knowlton, the co-owners of Welcome Home Care.
Kellie is a Registered Nurse, proud owner of two Adult Family Homes, and a devoted mother of three incredible children. Savannah is a graduate of Washington State University, has experience as a Resident Manager in an Adult Family Home, and is a proud mother of two beautiful girls.
Together, our education, hands-on experience, and passion for serving seniors allow us to provide compassionate, high-quality care that families can trust. We are deeply rooted in our community and committed to creating meaningful care experiences that help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home.
Outside of work, we enjoy spending time with our families, exploring the beauty of our local communities, staying active, and continually working to expand quality senior care options in North Central Washington.

Our Story
After years of working in the senior care industry, we recognized a growing need in our community for additional compassionate and reliable care options. It was heartbreaking to see Adult Family Homes at capacity and to hear families struggling to find support for their loved ones.
We knew we wanted to be part of the solution. After extensive research and planning, Kellie and Savannah partnered together to open Welcome Home Care, LLC, a non-medical in-home care agency dedicated to supporting seniors and families throughout our communities.
Our goal was to create more options for seniors who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes, as well as for those waiting for placement in their preferred care setting.
Nurse Delegation Support
Welcome Home Care is dedicated to partnering with contracted Registered Nurses to provide Nurse Delegation services that expand the level of support available to our clients.
Through these partnerships, qualified caregivers can receive specialized training and delegation for approved tasks such as medication administration and certain non-sterile wound care services.
By investing in caregiver education and ongoing training opportunities, we are able to better support the evolving needs of the individuals and families we serve.
